Dunno if I like how this one turned out.
Trying some new spring green wood stain with some dark oak stain in the crevices. Even lightly sanded some raised parts.
Nah. Think I'll go back to my old way of just varnish or stain and varnish. None of this trying to be fancy malarky...
An older #woodcarving that I varnished then used some green #stain over the #varnish to darken the crevices. Kinda like it.
