An audit of an OPW-run scheme to support the arts found €2 million left idle in an account, projects where it was unclear whether they had started or finished, and financial transfers made for more than the artwork cost.

The internal audit said there were no proper documented procedures for the scheme while funding intended for one project ended up being spent on another.

Let me try to do an #introduction >.<

I draw for fun, mostly #Hololive / VTuber fanart or something like #KanColle. Sometimes #original stuff, occasionally NSFW.

Drawings are done using Wacom Intuos S and #Krita running on 10+ years old potato pc, recently migrated from Win10 to Fedora KDE.

A few years back I did "100 weeks of drawing" - posting at least one #art per week on Pixiv. While this rate is not particularly fast, it was a fun exercise in pushing through artblocks and just getting things done to a "good enough" level before deadline.

Here are a few examples of my works from those years ^.^

An example of what I see as smart typography to visually represent the meanings of words. Stylized visual letter play that, despite all its simplicity, is still excellent typographic art, where the design reinforces or reflects the meaning of the word.

The word volume, starts with a lowercase V & increases in size until it ends with a capital E.
The word run, where the letter R has been given legs.
The letters Win lined up on a podium, like when the winner + second & third place stand on the podium to receive their awards. W on the left, N on the right & I in the middle.
The word tired & the letter i is shaped like a sitting person & the dot above forms the head.
