Zucker #Cointreau #Holundersirup #Grapefruitsaft zu einem Sirup kochen, abkühlen, mit #Joghurt + #Grapefruitabrieb mischen.
Das Fruchtfleisch in die ausgehöhlten Grapefruitschalen füllen, mit Sternaniszucker bestreuen + unter dem Ofengrill grillen. Mit Joghurt servieren.

½ oz grapefruit juice
¾ oz simple syrup
¼ oz Campari
1½ oz Tequila blanco
Garnish: lime wheel
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with 12 ounces crushed ice, shake, and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish by placing lime wheel on the rim of the glass.

#Rosenkohl + #Schalotten mundgerecht schneiden, mit #Olivenöl SalzPfeffer mischen, in der Pfanne oder im Ofen garen.
Gewürze aus den Grapefruits klauben. Gemüse + Obst mischen, etwas Sirup, Olivenöl #Zitrone + #Petersilie zugeben.
Komme in eine befreundete Familie mit 24-Stunden-Unterstützung (sehr heikles Thema, anderer Trööt. Helferin liegt mit dickem Infekt flach, kriegt #Antibiotikum. Mir fallen die vielen #Grapefruits in der Küche auf. Auf Nachfrage erfahre ich, dass die Helferin die wohl in Massen isst, auch aktuell. Ich habe dann mal ad hoc auf Pflegefachfrau geschaltet und impromptu beraten. Nie #Grapefruit mit Antibiotikum (oder eigentlich irgendeinem #Medikament ) kombinieren!!!
