1/ Hab heute mal #ScientistRebellion beim Rebellieren zugeguckt. Sie haben beim #Kenfo eine #PaperPasting-Aktion gemacht. Der Kenfo ist ein Fond, der die Rückbaukosten der Atomkraftwerke finanzieren soll. Die Atomwirtschaft hat sich damit freigekauft.

Also ich hätte meine Milliarde ja bei der @glsbank angelegt, aber das bringt vielleicht nicht so viel. Die Fondsverwalter haben sich jedenfalls gedacht: Hey, wir investieren das Geld, das für die Beseitigung der Schäden von was ganz Schädlichem da ist, in was anderes ganz Schädliches: in fossile Energien!

Und so sind wohl 771 Mio Euro in fossile Energien investiert. Von einem staatlich betriebenen Fond.

Hm. Wusste ich bis heute auch noch nicht.

New Year's resolution: Finally Stop Fossil Subsidies!
2024 was an intense year, and 2025 will be too! We are coming back to Den Haag on January 11th where we will again block the A12 road. We demand that the government stops subsidizing the fossil fuel industry.
The Dutch government gives ca. 40 billion euros of subsidies per year in tax discounts, to large fossil companies that accelerate the climate crisis. This must stop!
