InstagramABC News on Instagram: "Ex-NFL player Chris Kluwe was arrested in California on Tuesday after protesting against the Make America Great Again (MAGA) movement at a city council meeting.  The Huntington Beach City Council proposed to install a plaque at a local library featuring a MAGA acrostic poem that read “Magical, Alluring, Galvanizing and Adventurous”.  Mr Kluwe, who is a resident of Huntington Beach, spoke against the motion, calling US President Donald Trump’s MAGA ideology “profoundly corrupt, unmistakably anti-democracy and most importantly, explicitly a Nazi movement”.  He walked towards the council meeting’s stage where he was immediately apprehended by police.  In an interview with the LA Times on Thursday, Mr Kluwe said the move had landed him in city jail with a misdemeanor citation for disturbing an assembly.
