Tuesday #Workout:
210 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
20 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
10.0 KM of #Running (8°C, 92% humidity, and 10 km/hr wind).

Workouts okay, hard a strong “I don't wanna" feeling that went away once I was out the door. Twinged my right knee on a rock around 6KMs in, so I opted to cut it short to 10KM, rather than the planned 15, just in case.

Picked up groceries, and got on with my day.

Day 1 of 35 minutes on the bike. I made it through 4 days of 30 minutes last week. I decided not to post my results everyday because they're essentially the same all week. Today was hard not because I couldn't do it. I did it just fine. I just didn't want to workout today. I had zero motivation so I put on music and just pushed my way through it. I'm proud of myself!

Good workouts, and snuck in a half marathon today - did the Rideau Falls along the Rideau River Eastern Pathway to Hog's Back Falls and then back along the Rideau Canal Eastern Pathway route - one I haven't done in a lone time.

Great to get out and stretch the legs.

This morning's #workout #music is from Grito Exclamac!ón - a bunch of kids from Mexico City who sound like a band I would have been in or listened to in 1987 - even though I am sure none were born by then. Great stuff. Muy !Fuerta! Acérrimo

5.3 KM of Zone 2 #Running (3°C, 52% humidity, and 31 km/hr wind).

Few hours of reading this morning, then figured I'd make another attempt at a #Zone2 run - spent about 60% in Z2 this time. Then … brunch and bacon was achieved.
