Well, today was a wasted day. I need to port my #WinForms tools to something #CrossPlatform. I heard really good things about #AvaloniaUI, so today I gave it a shot.

It has so much promise, but has been nothing but heartbreak and frustration. The docs refer to classes and methods that don't exist. There's no real community or forum (except on Telegram, fuck that), and actual support costs $5K.

Fuck #AvaloniaUI. I guess I'll try slogging through another UI framework tomorrow.
