Heute gab es ein leckeres #TexMex -Gericht zum Mittag.
#Veganes Hack auf Erbsenbasis, Möhren, Mais, Peperoni & Zwiebel.
Das Hack hatte ich in Gemüsebrühe mit Sojasauce, Tomatenmark & Senf eingeweicht.
Dann alles schön anbraten und auf dem Tortilla aufbringen, einrollen, fixieren (ich hatte nur eine Rouladennadel 
, die anderen sind verschollen) und mit Käse-Ersatz bestreuen.
Dann 1-2 Minuten in die Mikrowelle.
Fertig.
Dazu gab es Joghurt (mangels Sour Creme) aus Soja-Kokos-Zitrone.

Mit #Hackfleisch, bunten #Bohnen und knackigem #Gemüse gelingt dieser Mexikanische #Bohnentopf. Bei den #Bohnen könnt ihr euch austoben. Was immer der #Supermarkt hergibt, Hauptsache schön bunt. Vorsicht mit dem #Cayennepfeffer, der ist sehr scharf.

Javier's here in Dallas has always offered a cup of butter along with its other 2 salsas. But "squeezing" the butter into salsa is IMHO beyond the pale. 
Why are folks in East Texas squeezing butter into their salsa?

Resurrected Dallas Tex-Mex restaurant will close once again 
Casa Rosa will stay open on Lemmon Avenue until Cinco de Mayo.
Tex-Mex restaurant Casa Rosa dates back to 1981 in Dallas. After a 2-year reboot from 2022 to 2022, owner Gilbert Cuellar Jr. will close the restaurant on Lemmon Avenue on May 5, 2024.
