Revisions on chapter 2 done. Little break was what I needed. Now to listen through the whole thing while a robotic voice reads it. Then on to chp 3!

Not often I need to delete words from a draft—usually I under write and need to add more. So, removing 309 words is a big deal. Yay me!

Je suis en train de faire les exos du chapitre Modèle OSI et calcul IP d’un bouquin intitulé Cisco, configurez routeurs et commutateurs. Eh bah, figurez-vous que j’y arrive. Comme quoi on peut retenir le modèle OSI (rôle, protocoles, PDU, etc).
Si vous saviez comme ça me met en joie. Je vais faire un peu de conversion et de calculs d’adresses pour fêter ça

Almost! Slowly getting through revisions. Bringing in some more contemporary literature. The past few weeks since my thesis defence have been intense. I am only just now getting back into normal rhythm but somehow I have managed to make progress on my revisions despite life and work adding layers. Pup is happy to be back to our normal routine! Goal is to have all my revisions done before the end of February. The end is in sight! Between work, being an #AcademicParent and dragging this thesis towards the finish line, I am ready for a vacation! Or at least to have one less thing on my plate! Onward!

Apparently I'm capable of working for exactly 55 minutes on this chapter before I run out of neurotransmitters and start staring into space.
Spent five hours working on my chapter today and I feel like I've got the bits I've worked on so far in good shape. Cut, added, reorganised, tidied, rewrote. Haven't made much headway with the next bit, but I've got the whole chapter loaded in my head now and am feeling in a strong position to do that tomorrow - as long as I don't get distracted and keep up the momentum!
