At a certain point, say 25 lost games in, I think we should try selecting who plays for Wales the way we select folks for jury duty: just mail people living in South Wales and play whoever shows up.
There comes a point where maths / probability / chance puts this in the same ballpark as what Wales have been getting in terms of results.
