@sebwhatever @actuallyautistic @actuallyadhd @actuallyaudhd lately I don’t have the energy for anything new, so I am falling back to the defaults that bring me comfort:
- #baking - #sourdough #breads mainly, but also anything I have the ingredients at hand for
- trying to go back to #blogging more regularly - it was my first love, but also helps with offloading the thoughts that would otherwise plague my brain and keep coming at me
- #data as a hobby

I came down to the #kitchen for breakfast this morning and found myself in a #bakery instead. People are stocking up for the Christmas break and here is some of the consignment that my wife will be delivering later today. She has shown such dedication to her new business, built on her skill and enthusiasm for #baking.

The larger loaves are 800 g, the smaller ones (flat #breads or #bazlama) and the #buns are 200 g.

Made two #Breads in the slow cooker today. One cooked for two hours on high and finished 10 minutes in the oven. The other was cooked one hour on high and finished twenty minutes in the oven (and has an extra handful of oats on top). The second one seems better, but I havent tasted it yet.
