Spot and discard!
1. identify distractions (news, entertainement, debates, values, campaigns, renewables, transition)
2. identify the issues that require addressing (nationalism, sexual violence, extractivism, degrowth, activism)
3. urgently avoid fueling distractions
4. do not acquiesce on people fueling distractions.
