My idea: teachers should teach children in the main CS curriculum to write and submit bug reports for FOSS software.
Reasons:
- Makes software in general more stable.
- Raises awareness of the importance and bazaar model of free open-source software.
- Helps the children proactively start solving annoying bugs they come across.

The 1967-68 UK TV series Man in a Suitcase takes the basic ITC action-adventure formula and adds a hardboiled flavour, real toughness, grittiness, plus seedy downmarket glamour. And more than a hint of film noir. The best of all the ITC series.
