As bad as the first Trump presidency was, it didn't come close to the amount of death caused by Bush Jr, with his war on terror, which brought him within the top 10 deadliest regimes in history.

But Trump 2.0 is set to demolish the horrific records of Stalin, Mao and Hitler. Consider that his slashing of USAID funding, alone, could cause 500,000 deaths, just in Africa, and just from loss of HIV medication. At least a million kids could starve to death from loss of food aid.
The gutting of NOAA could result in hundreds of thousands of more deaths. And how many will die because of vaccine hysteria, or the lack of available vaccines, or the re-emergence of deadly plagues like measles, polio, all thanks to RFK Jr's anti scientific policies? Or all the cancer patients whose lives will be shortened due to inavailability of new medications because of the slashed science funding?

And this doesn't even take into account the deaths from current and future wars that the US actively supports through military aid and political cover. The ongoing genocide in Gaza. Yemen. Sudan. Possible nuclear war between India and Pakistan, both heavily armed by the US.
