Spannende Diskussion über die Zukunft von #ESN . Beschäftigte mich gerade damit, wie man mit #OpenSource Tools wie @moodle #humhub #discourse #mastodon digitale Netzwerkarbeit in der Lehrkräftebildung unterstützen kann. Ziel ist es, dass einerseits Projektgruppen zusammenarbeiten können, aber andererseits auch große Schulnetzwerke von und miteinander lernen und arbeiten können (was m.E. @haraldschirmer Social collaboration nennt) colearn.social/@simondueckert/

I was talking to a comms leader recently who was surprised when the hashtag they created for a public launch wasn't used by anyone beyond their own team. Not a single mention across external social or their internal (Viva Engage) channels. But should we be surprised? Those of us who championed Enterprise Social Networks (ESNs) in the glory days argued (correctly, I think) that as people grew used to sharing and connecting across the web, they would expect to do the same at work -- unlocking the power of peer-to-peer and bottom-up communication inside the firewall. But that's all changed. The shift to short-form video shows no sign of abating. Facebook feeds are tumbleweed. Twitter's turned from being a critical source of news and commentary to an utter cesspit of lies and conspiracy theories. As public social media turns toxic, people have shifted to sharing in small groups - or not at all. It's no surprise, then, that we're also seeing that shift reflected in how people communicate at work. Anecdotally, I'm seeing more comms pros report declining participation and engagement on their ESNs. They're questioning whether to re-launch them or close them down. With Workplace shuttering, teams are taking an opportunity to review what they really need. And many are taking the opportunity to dial down or switch off social in favour of high-quality editorial and task-focused content. Shifting focus from communication noise to clarity, relevance and authority. Viva Engage, like Yammer, continues to lack clarity of purpose. The most recent report by SWOOP Analytics, based on data from hundreds of organisations, concluded Viva Engage has shifted from a collaboration and community to a broadcasting platform for comms. I'm seeing a growing number of signals that digital fatigue and declining engagement on public social media platforms is being reflected in enterprise ones too. Are you? Do we need to review the role of ESNs in the channel mix? Or just accept that things change and maybe their time's just coming to an end? (This is a half-formed hypothesis which I might write about. Im #Europaparlament in Straßburg kam es am Mittwoch zu einem Eklat: Erstmals stimmten die #EU-Parlamentarier*innen der #EVP-Fraktion für Anträge, die von der AfD-Fraktion #ESN (Europa der Souveränen Nationen) eingebracht wurden. Dabei ging es um Zäune an den europäischen Außengrenzen. Infolgedessen wurde der gesamte EU-Haushalt gekippt. Linke Parteien machen nun die CDU für das Scheitern der Haushaltsabstimmung verantwortlich.

J'ai reçu mon contrat en fin d'après-midi, et je découvre donc la fameuse convention collective #Syntech, qui donne des salaires minimaux selon des grilles dignes de la Fonction publique 😬
Pour les experts, on m'a mis en position 2.3 et indice 150 (avec un salaire supérieur au minimum légal). J'aimerais essayer de passer à la position 3.1 et indice 170, car ça fait a minima 250€ bruts mensuels en plus.

Les mastonautes qui travaillent en #esn, vous avez réussi à faire changer ça sur un contrat de travail ? Comment vous le justifiez ?

den die #EVP zusammen mit #Rechtsaußen-Parteien eingereicht hatte.
Einmalig in der Geschichte des #EUparlament.

Par un retournement de situation imprévu, le client qui m'avait dit non, vient de rappeler l'esn qui essayait de me placer, pour me demander de venir. En gros, on était 2 candidates en finale, il pensait prendre l'autre plus senior que moi, mais elle a dit non.

Donc, je commence à travailler dès jeudi prochain! Via une #esn , chez ce client, et le poste a l'air sympa. J'ai vu la proposition financière, je ne m'en remets pas 😂. Je ne suis plus qu'à 200€ (mensuels) du mari 💪🏼💪🏼.

Maintenant, il ne me reste plus qu'à lire attentivement le #contrat que je devrais recevoir demain. À quoi je dois être vigilante ? Quels éléments sont importants ?

@marushah Accenture? Mais c'est à mourir de rire ce commentaire fort de café : l'écrasante majorité de la "productivité" des #SSII ou #ESN en général est de cet ordre là ; Accenture ne se différencie en rien du tout, le secteur complet fait pareil : #merdification des choses, marche avant!
