Last night, I walked around a bit of the old (childhood) neighbourhood (where I'm stuck). Should have got the camera out and filmed it. Like something out of a zombie-apocalypse or urban-decay movie. Really doesn't look nearly as bad during daylight.

Night Sight - empty parking lot except one (abandoned?) car, feral trees and ironwork, stripped modern telephone box, late night opening shop with cashbandit atm in a row of grafitti'd metal shuttered shops, derelict 1960's tower block looking like it is mouldy or smoke damaged (I don't know if it is fire damaged but I don't think so), a 1980's modernist single stor(e)y new library repurposed as a neighbourhood office that looks like it is a squashed brick ufo, yellow glow from street lights.

Day Sight - bland and abandoned

... no rubbish though 🤔
