Me sorprende ver que casi ningún sindicato (incluidos los libertarios) promueve de forma activa la creación de empresas #cooperativas en contraposición al modelo de empresa "clásica" capitalista.

Alguien que me pueda iluminar sobre por qué esto es así? por qué tan poco énfasis en esta vía de acción?

A mi entender, que los trabajadores controlen la empresa es un paso esencial para asegurar que los logros sociales adquiridos sean más fáciles de defender (mucho más que si las empresas se nacionalizan, pues los estados pueden decidir volver a privatizarlas más tarde, o usarlas como instrumento de control)... y dado que no vivimos ni en un sistema comunista ni anarquista, la vía que más se acerca a esto es la de las empresas cooperativas.

Hi all. I'm hating to be writing this post, but here we are.

A little while ago, I was laid off from my SRE job at a government contractor.

If anyone is looking for an SRE with:

- #Linux experience (a lot)
- #BSD experience (some)
- Plan 9 and Haiku experience (a little)
- Experience with a large #Ansible codebase
- Experience managing thousands of servers
- Experience with bare metal and VM management

I try to live my life by moving slow and fixing things - I'd be especially interested in roles around labor organization, #climate action or with a socially conscious #coop if anyone from those communities is looking.
