I'm curious about how many hours you have in a day. I start with 24, then subtract 8 hours for sleeping and another 8 for work, leaving me with 8 hours. I dedicate 2 hours to commuting and 1 hour for getting ready. Meals, including preparation, take another 2 hours. This leaves me with 3 hours for household chores and personal interests. Oh, but I forgot the 4 hours I spend exercising and coaching sports almost daily. And I'm at minus 1 hour... Is my math off? #TimeManagement #DailyRoutine
