#Graduate #scholarship/#stipend #funding has always been too low, and the fact that..

"The #SSHRC #Doctoral #Fellowship increased to $20 000 two decades ago and has remained frozen ever since. The (#NSERC) #Canadian Graduate Scholarship (#CGS) program was introduced in 2003 and the dollar amount has stayed the same, meaning that #inflation has cut the value of these #scholarships by a third."

...means that it's currently abysmal in #Canada.

I’m also really interested in the intersection of students’ and teachers’ identity(ies) and the way they make connections to the past.

I am currently the Director of thinking-historically.ca/, a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (#SSHRC) Partnership Grant, which is the largest grant in all of SSHRC’s programs. It provides funding for (in our case) 7 years of research and collaboration. We have 28 co-investigators, 12 collaborators, and 30+ partners across 🇨🇦.
