Our Hero of the Week: Congratulations to Mildred Hale, a TK and Kindergarten teacher and mentor in San Pablo, who recently received the Audrey Sanchez Teacher Enhancement Award in honor of her spirit, talent, leadership, and dedication to early childhood education. Over the years, Mildred's gotten thousands of books at our Book Bank for her students, and all are reading at or above grade level!
