One pair started to build a nest in an old airco fan right in front of my hotel room window in <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taichung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taichung</a>'s Xitun district, so I could check them out from up close. Very cool. <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taiwan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taiwan</a> <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/travel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#travel</a>

Checked out at NYS Loft hotel right at <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taipei" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taipei</a> main station and now have some time to stroll the city. Not sure what to do yet, really. As frustrating as the wet and cold weather has been throughout most of the last two weeks, there has been one bright spot about this stay in <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taiwan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taiwan</a> as well: I finally got some decent images of TW crested <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/myna" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#myna</a> <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/birds" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#birds</a> in <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taichung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taichung</a> and <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Taitung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Taitung</a>.
