So, I could either switch to smaller jars, which is boring, or I could install a jelly lift."She removed the lid to the jar she had brought from home. The team could see some kind of mechanism at the bottom of the jar. Sophia began to scoop jelly out into a bowl, and once she got down about a quarter of the way, the mechanism began to expand, pushing the remaining jelly towards the top. It stopped just before it overflowed."It took me a lot of tries to get the pressure correct in the hydraulics, let me tell you!"The team clapped.
