I took time for myself last night and wrote out a thank you note to someone who attended my <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/workthatreconnects" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>workthatreconnects</span></a> program last week; she sent one first. 2. Sent a card (with turtle and frog stickers!) to an <a href="https://mastodon.online/tags/actuallyautistic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>actuallyautistic</span></a> friend who is struggling and feeling alone. 3. Realized that every week I make a list and do the essential things, but not the uplifting things.
