Tara PriceJust bought tickets to a show at a small local venue. No option to buy them at their box office, forcing me to pay nearly the equivalent of an extra ticket in Ticketmaster fees. Then it turns out the venue does not have Will Call, forcing me to use a Ticketmaster app. No refunds available either of course. According to Wikipedia, Climate Pledge Arena has a concert capacity of 17,200. I'm…less than optimistic at this point.Admittedly, I have no idea how else to handle selling lots of tickets to a high-demand show (other than going old school and making everyone stand in line to buy them physically), but is this _really_ the best that Ticketmaster (or anyone else) can do?
