Gytis Repečka<p>As much as I like <span class="h-card"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@fedora" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>fedora</span></a></span> must admit no major version upgrade comes smooth :ablobcatcry:</p><p>This time, upgrading to <a href="https://fedoramagazine.org/announcing-fedora-linux-42/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Fedora v42</a> has weirdest issue on bootup when it asks for LUKS decryption phrase: it asks once, then attempts to boot, and then asks again, however, neither laptop nor external keyboard inputs anything.</p><p>So I loaded Kernel of Fedora v41 (all smooth with it) and when booted reinstalled Kernel:</p><pre><code>sudo dnf reinstall kernel\*
