David Gian-Cursio<p>Made some (subtle) progress on my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/WhiteStar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WhiteStar</span></a> recently. At first I freehanded the "contouring,” but I wasn't satisfied. I got enough of a handle on Photoshop's vector tools. In addition to getting nice smooth arcs, it's also easy to tweak. My model has some shape differences from the original, so exactly rebuilding the original maps wouldn't work.</p><p>I also turned sub-surface scattering back on.
