Pat Sanchez1-LE GRAND MONDE- Les Années Glorieuses. Pierre Lemaitre. 2022. À l'heure de la sortie du 3ème opus de ces Années (pas si) Glorieuses, je découvre cette superbe fresque de l'après-guerre de la famille Pelletier. Et j'en redemande. YuyineJ’ai lu Vivre avec les hommes. Réflexions sur le procès Pelicot de Manon Garcia chez Climats. L’autrice et philosophe revient dans cet ouvrage sur sa participation au procès terrible de l’affaire Mazan et sur l’émotion et le choc que cela lui a procuré. Glaçant, la partie où elle raconte ce dont elle a été témoin a été difficile à lire. Elle tente, par de nombreuses références littéraires, philosophiques et culturelles, de donner du sens à ce qu’elle y a vu et entendu pour dénoncer l’horreur vécue par Gisèle Pélicot tout autant qu’honorer son courage. Elle questionne avec brio et force le monde patriarcal, la culture du viol et de l’inceste ainsi que des notions essentielles qui furent malmenées au cœur de ce procès, comme le consentement. Elle rappelle enfin que tous ces hommes sont des gens ordinaires, que la monstruosité a un visage bien humain et qu’il est, de fait, terriblement difficile dans ce contexte pour les femmes de vivre sereinement avec les hommes. Bien que sombre, cet essai permet de prendre du recul sur une affaire sidérante. D’en tirer des réflexions et d’en garder quelque chose. Je viens de me prendre un sacré uppercut par Katia Lanero Zamora avec Re:Start, son récit à paraître le 14 mai prochain dans la collection RéciFs des éditions Argyll. Attention, âmes sensibles s’abstenir, l’autrice nous offre un récit de body horror social particulièrement juste et glaçant. Avec Re:Start, préparez-vous à une critique violente des diktats de beauté imposés par la société patriarcale. C’est un récit qui secoue très fort, qui laisse des traces et qui invite à cramer le monde. J’ai tellement adoré me faire malmener! HelldayJ'ai terminé Stratégies pour une révolution écologique et populaire, de Peter Gerlderloos. C'était une super lecture, même si les chapitres 1 (l'état du monde) et 2 (la répression contre les mouvements populaires) donnent envie de se pendre. Pour moi y a des petits angles morts, notamment sur l'antispécisme, mais une petite recherche sur Masto m'a fait remonter hier un article furieusement anti-vegan (et je sais, véganisme et antispécisme ne sont pas des synonymes) qu'il a publié en 2011, donc c'est probablement pas étonnant. Je sais pas si son point de vue a évolué, il fait parfois mention des animaux non-humains dans son livre, à la fois pour dire qu'ils sont tout autant victimes de l'écocide que nous mais aussi dans la partie où il imagine son monde idéal, qui serait donc débarrassé de l'élevage industriel mais pas de l'exploitation des animaux, j'ai l'impression (c'était peu développé, d'où... l'angle mort). Je trouve ça un peu dommage. Y a d'autres petites choses qui m'ont chagrinée mais dans l'ensemble, vraiment très chouette comme lecture. Keep Karlsruhe Boring...[Vortrag] kennedy+swan: Das Analoge im Digitalen Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste Karlsruhe, Tuesday, May 6 at 07:00 PM GMT+2Seit zwölf Jahren transformiert das Duo kennedy+swan die Realität in digitale Sphären. Was zunächst als handgebaute Skulpturen, Figuren, Räume und Landschaften entsteht, findet seinen Weg in animierte 3D-Scans: die Grundlage für ihre VR-Erlebnisse, Filme und Apps. Dabei dreht sich alles um Intelligenz – genauer gesagt, um nicht-menschliche Intelligenz: die von Pflanzen, Tieren, Pilzen und mittlerweile auch Maschinen.So hat das Duo einen verzweigten Kosmos geschaffen, in dem mögliche Utopien und Dystopien verhandelt werden. Sie werfen einen Blick in die Köpfe protestierender Insekten, lassen die Betrachter von Pilzen auf die Streckbank spannen und lauschen der KI, wenn sie Tiergespräche übersetzt. In ihrem Vortrag geben die Künstler*innen Einblicke in ihr bisheriges Schaffen und lassen das Publikum an Prozesse hinter den Kulissen teilhaben. Denn am Ende ist die Erkenntnis, dass alles Digitale seinen Ursprung auch in der Natur und im physischen Atelier haben kann  - vielleicht ein ganz beruhigendes Ergebnis.Vortragsaal---kennedy+swan (gegründet 2013) umfasst die Werke der beiden Künstler*innen Bianca Kennedy und Swan Collective. In ihrer Zusammenarbeit erforschen sie die Zukunft nicht-menschlicher Intelligenz und deren Auswirkungen auf Pflanzen, Tiere, Maschinen und Menschen. Diese Utopien sind von der Vormachtstellung des Menschen befreit, beleuchten die ökologischen Vorteile hybrider Lebensformen und widmen sich der verstrickten Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Biotechnologie. Für ihre Videos, VR- und AR-Installationen verwendet das Duo eine Vielzahl von Animationstechniken: Zeichnungen, stereoskopisches Filmmaterial, 3D-gescannte Landschaften und selbstgebaute Charaktere ergeben ein dichtes Netzwerk aus analogen und digitalen Bildfragmenten. Jüngste Arbeiten reflektieren die exponentiellen Entwicklung Künstlicher Intelligenz und ihre Bedeutung für biologische Systeme.kennedy+swan stellen international in Galerien, Museen und auf Festivals aus. Zu den Ausstellungen zählen u. a. Lyon Biennale, Gropius Bau Berlin, Kunstmuseum Stuttgart, Museum der bildenden Künste Leipzig, Haus der Kulturen der Welt Berlin, CCBB Rio de Janeiro, Loop Discover Award und Sundance Film Festival. Sie haben die Studio Quantum Residency des Goethe Instituts in Irland für 2023 und die BIFOLD Residency für 2024 erhalten. Une histoire de pirates au 18e siècle, qui met en lumière leur caractère communautaire et égalitaire, contrastant avec les micro-sociétés des navires marchands européens où la tyrannie régnait somptueusement appliquée par les officiers. Des sortes de « ZAD » avant l'heure, des ZAD mobiles, sur des navires, dans la même perspective que les ZAD actuelles : s'extraire d'un capitalisme beaucoup trop violent... Comme quoi l'Histoire regorge parfois d'exemples qui méritent le détour pour imaginer une façon « nouvelle » de faire société... Et s'extraire, enfin, du capitalisme.

AnaïsLes fleurs les plus dangereuses n'ont pas d'épines, de Lydie Tabarin, aux éditions Hachette : Amener l’univers du thé dans un roman de fantasy politique avec un fonds d’enemies to lovers, c’était un pari risqué mais c’est réussi ! J’ai été embarquée dans le récit sans pouvoir le lâcher jusqu’aux révélations finales qui étaient à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais.
