Joe Vilas<p>I wish Spectrum Cable were on here so I could blast their butts. I finally unpacked their suitcase-sized box with a "new, faster" modem today. After taking the shrinkwrap off, I found that mine was pre-broken. 🤬 The box was the size of a suitcase, &amp; looked perfect when FedEx delivered it. It was also mostly empty space. I'm really glad I don't work for them anymore.
