High School DaysA fix-release version has been launched to solve some issues of the game that, for some reason, are appearing to some players.We don't know what caused this, such as the Business Center being inaccessible, even though we've already visited that location before (for the Gala event), but we've taken steps to ensure that, once you need to go to the Business Center, you can do so without issue.The fixes made were as follows:•⁠ ⁠Fixed the problem that appears when you want to collect Roses •⁠ ⁠Fixed issue where if you didn't choose an ending while with Blair, it would show an error. •⁠ ⁠At the end of Felicia's event, the to-do list still showed some items. •⁠ ⁠Some players are unable to access the Business Center, so we've added a code that will reopen access. •⁠ ⁠Some players have had their Compass and Flashlight disappear from their inventory. High School DaysIn our next release, we will do some tweaking to the mobile version of the game. This is a bit tricky, because it sometimes depends on the phone's screen resolution for the graphics to look a certain way. But, we will make the adjustments in a general resolution. Hopefully, it will look right for everyone playing on their Android.One change that we were asked for, (and we are surprised that it took us so long to add), is the ability to skip previously seen dialogues or go back up to 30 steps.It is important to mention that at some points in the story, you cannot go back. This is to give the game a bit of complexity, since some decisions that the player makes cannot be retracted.We are still waiting for Apple to open its market to be able to offer the iPhone version, but Apple does not allow adult games in its App Store, and applications cannot be installed onto an iPhone outside of the App Store. And although, according to a resolution issued by the European Union, Apple must open its market to other app stores, but that resolution has not yet progressed. High School DaysWe are already working on our next update in which we will focus part of the story on a character which has been due for some time, Blair! We will use this character to introduce another one who was also commissioned by another Violet-Level Patreon. Her name is Kallen, who will become Lillian's rival in grades and P.E. as her story develops.Also, we will expand on two of the initial character's stories, one of them has been left behind and should have had a greater participation in the Halloween release, but due to time limits, we had to cut out.I believe that, for the time being, we will press pause on creating more love interests for our MC. We need to focus on the love interests we already have and expand their stories. This does not mean there will not be new characters, simply that they will play a less important role for the moment. We will introduce new love interests once we believe ALL the characters have had significant development, or at least all the characters requested... (Sorry, Rati)We still have one more character to introduce who will also be a part of Lillian's story (but that one is for a future release), and we will stop the creation of the MC's love interests.We are ever grateful for your constant support and feedback. High School DaysWe are currently working to see if we can finish the update before the end of the year. This means we have almost a week left, but given the number of images and animations still missing, we can say with certainty that the game will almost certainly be released until the first week of January. However, we will not stop working hard, so the delay is only a couple of days, not weeks, as was the case with the previous update.This is a problem that occurs when images are drawn in a sketch, then outlined, and finally painted. It is a long and tiring process, and if an image does not fit in the story or is not properly made in any of the points we just mentioned, we have to discard the entire image and start over; it is not common, but it has happened to us. But, we remain firm in not using 3D generated images for the characters, and much less, AI… If we want the game to remain visually attractive as it has been until now, we have to keep the same process, even if this means that sometimes we fall behind.In the meantime, we leave you with a sketch of a scene we will include in the next update. This scene is a consequence of the events at the Halloween party. Apparently, someone did not like how things ultimately turned out in said event and took advantage of her status of power to exercise discipline and prevent a reckless youth.When we have a general idea of when the update will be released, we will inform you. High School DaysStarting with the next update, we'll use player stats more often. We've been putting this aside, but to be able to approach future girls, you'll need to have certain stats. However, depending on the type of girl, the stat you need will be different.An example of this (and the only one we've used so far), is strength, which is required to date Jessie, but in the future, some girls will require a certain stat level, or maybe even two. This is how they are increased:Strength: Go to the gym or train with Kana. Intelligence: Go to classes in school. Confidence: Successfully complete dates. Stamina: Go for a run with Jessie on the beach or train with Kana. Charm: We still don’t know, but it will require to sweet talk some girls.This will add a little more playability to the game, since, as we have repeated on several occasions, we are not a Visual Novel where the player simply presses "next" and scenes are unlocked by themselves.
