We shouldn't even have a number over our head.The war-like template by uncaring and unloving people damages things. I didn't learn about it until a few years ago. It harms your soul, spirit & belief in yourself. It's insidious. It leads you to apologize to your abusers. It takes a long time, with lots of therapy & support, to heal from abusive devaluation of your personhood.It's very normal to suffer multiple trauma responses after years of your personhood be devalued by someone you love. Healing can be hella messy. We owe it to ourselves, to do our healing work 💗
