Test fitting a few keys. The key change was to update the keybed position to get it better centred. And it’s now looking bang on.(Keys are upside down because they’re pulled straight from the rev 1, and without sockets soldered I’m mounting them in the solder holes for accuracy. AndiS 🌞🍷🇪🇺Until recently I only knew CPC computers from online pictures. Well that has changed because I just got a Schneider CPS 464 (the German version of the Amstrad CPC 464).What can I say - it's really cool. I now have to build some cables to be able to check if it is still working. But it's in good condition so I'm rather confident. As you can see, it loads its demo cassette perfectly again. I am always amazed at how reliably the old magnetic tapes still work after decades. Ohhh, i loved this game, air combat, ground combat and, i think so, the first time to habe airborn refuel. And also this game could be the first flight simulator which can be played by two people as a team: one player is the pilot and the second one is a weapon officer. Mr CoolThe first days with the new CPC 664 were complete magic. Thankfully the manual was made for beginners and invited me and my dad to play around with Basic, graphics and sound. I still remember the unbelievable feeling to be able to modify what was displayed on the screen. Now I got two manuals for the CPC 464 by accident. I didn't know there were two different types.
