@dpiponi I'm not sure whether this is satire or not..... if it's real I'm surprised it makes it as far as being merely disgusting, it sounds literally undrinkable
@julesh 100% serious. It was such a horrible thing to do to coffee and I couldn't understand why they were promoting it for a long time.
@dpiponi I think that would count as an act of war against Italy
@dpiponi maybe they made a deal with the Mafia they couldn't back out of and had to do *something* with thousands of gallons of olive oil...
@dpiponi Why in the world is this a thing? I thought spiced pumpkin lattes were enough of an abomination upon the world of coffee, but this? This? Wasting coffee and olive oil? Gah.
@dpiponi When I first read this headline I visualized oil and glass shards shattering all over the floor while coffee sprays everywhere from the vigorous shaking
@byorgey I love ambiguous headlines. The BBC are particularly good at them and I doubt they're accidental.
@dpiponi Now about that overly-dark roast...
@dpiponi wait that was even a thing ?
@dpiponi whah that’s gross
@petersibley You only have the idea. I have the actual memory of tasting it!
