Beautiful grid design in today's , and an all-around great puzzle for getting our family streak to a nice round number. Thank you John-Clark Levin!

The blank grid for today's NY Times Crossword puzzle. A standard 15x15 grid with 33 black squares, which appear as three 1-by-3 rectangles. Three of the rectangles run vertically and occupy the central column of the grid, and the other four run horizontally and are arranged to form symmetric diagonal lines. The result is a grid divided into six open, airy blocks with each block holding three 7-letter across entries, and some 10-letter and 12-letter entries holding it all together.
