#JamesLewis, the primary suspect in the infamous #TylenolMurders of 1982, has died in Boston at the age of 76.

The #Tylenol case changed almost every product on store shelves. It's the reason you have so many layers of protection and #childproofing on many OTC products.

Seven people died and the city of #Chicago was gripped with fear. Halloween was cancelled for children throughout the entire city and some of the suburbs.

The deaths of three people in the same home was the clue that connected the seemingly random poisonings to Tylenol products, several bottles of which had been tampered with and put back on the store shelves.

The case is still #Unsolved, but Lewis has become the primary suspect-- mostly because he attempted to blackmail manufacturer #JohnsonAndJohnson for $1M, but also for his dark criminal past.
