The Piedra de los 12 Ángulos (Stone of the 12 Angles) is one of the most famous examples of Inca stonework in Cusco, Peru. Located in the Hatun Rumiyoc street, this massive stone is renowned for its perfect fit, with twelve precisely carved angles that interlock seamlessly with the surrounding stones.

The pouring process was done in two stages. The top section has been poured with a mixture of cement and crushed mussel shells, the rest of the body has been poured with coarse sand added to the mix. Once the concrete had cured, the roof section has been wet polished while the rest has been wire brushed. Resulting in different textures, feels and looks.
