A couple of weeks ago, one of my year 13 students mispronounced "son", rhyming with John. I corrected her and told her it's pronounced exactly the same as "sun". Of course, I went on telling my students that there's a #StarTrek episode that uses this mix-up as a plot twist.
Yes, these things really happen to me in my everyday life. #StarTrekForever! :-)
