Since the #browser people at Apple seem to push simple new browser APIs (sometimes JS-less), there is one thing I wish was possible without a SPA:

Seamless audio playback while navigating a site for MPAs.
I am thinking of podcast players, music platforms where the playback should not stop, when I move to another page (without using a popout).

It would be very cool, if we had an easy to use #standard for this.
