Our #scrum master is currently sick. I am standing in for them during their sickness.
Is it normal to get the feeling of a weather person? I developed my daily farewell phrase, which I use every day now.

Is this #masking or a normal #neurospicy thing to cope with social queues?
Die (!) Product Owner stecken mit ihren Köpfen tief im operativen Business.
Strategisches Denken ist komplett verloren gegangen.
Als Scrum Master versuche ich immer wieder das strategische Denken bei den POs hervorzurufen.
Jedoch gilt ständig: Operativ schlägt Taktik schlägt Strategie.
