This article doesn’t discuss the issue of privatization of these jobs. There is a mention of fired workers seeking jobs among subcontractors they used to supervise. However there is no analysis of the siphoning of funds to private capitalists, nor authority to them. These private entities may pay former government workers at higher rates, but they would bill more to add profits to their grift.
