Here is my #SilentSunday. First time I saw a fogbow! I promise I didn't add a ton of Orton effect too, it looked liked that for real. I also have a panoramic version of this but not sure how it's going to look on web.

Looking down into a mist-filled landscape of alternating treed ridges and valleys. Although it's a colour photo, the light is sepia-toned and monochromatic, there is no discernible colour. The scene is dim; the nearest ridges are clearly visible, but only as near-black, near-silhouette outlines of mature eucalypts. The subsequent valley is partly filled with mist, and the trees are only dimly visible. The next ridge is shrouded, and the trees can be seen but blurred. Behind that ridge the mist is denser, and from there back only vague darker shapes can be seen in the almost complete white.

Two stone benches sit at the side of a brick-paved walkway. The walkway, which splits off from a main trail and rejoins it after the nook, is lined with shrubs, rose bushes and other plants, creating a nice quite private space next to the busy trail. The hour is close to sunset and the sky above looks like a storm is coming in.
