Not excactly a good thing that I slipped on my way out of the bath tub yesterday night, but with that as the scenario:
1. We own crutches ourselves.
2. I did not hit my head, the #pcs (Post Concussion Syndrome) makes me ridicilously afraid of head setbacks.
3. I have the very best husband, who spoils me with bedside coffee. 🥰
And even 4.!
It is the left foot that hurts, so I will be back in the car in a few days. No clutch in our "new" car.

Some may have noticed that I am quite sporadic these days with a morning timed message. They will continue on days I have something to report or say.

Health-wise, I stay the same with on-off focus periods with my brain where I am sharp or need a nap to reset. Naps / Sleep remains only a few hours at a time. #Concussion #PCS

Today starts a new work week with the #FoodBank, which shall be interesting:
Monday: Split shifts of Office and Home.
Tuesday: Work from Home. #WFH
Wednesday: Split shifts of Office and Home.
Thursday: Arianna has a medical procedure for which she is being sedated. I am taking PTO to be her driver and carer.
Friday: PTO

Over the weekend I completed a designated batch of typing up #Bible extracts from an international local people group. Sent in my completed work to my #MissionAssist supervisor, and received a new batch this morning.

The Guardian and BBC are both leading on this story this morning.
Once again we have a broad brush statement from politicians that civil service performance needs improving without any real evidence.

Performance related pay seems to be on the cards again, my experience of it was not good. Hours spent collecting and documenting personal evidence as well as reviewing staff's evidence. Then an annual series of comparison meetings to decide where people fitted on the arbitrary bell shaped curve that determined who got what. The individual bonuses involved were not much, IIRC the year I got a top award the amount was around £400.
I really hope this doesn't return as it was a waste of time, a divisive exercise for no real gain for anyone.

To improve performance they need to:
Drop competency based criteria and bring back minimal qualifications for new starters.
Improve pay conditions.

"Dat betekent dat de consument tenminste enig inzicht dient te geven in de wijze waarop een onbevoegde derde de mogelijkheid heeft gehad om toegang te krijgen tot 1) zijn mobiele telefoon en 2) zijn Mobiel Bankieren App. De enkele stelling van de consument dat hij dit niet kan verklaren, is hiervoor onvoldoende. Een andere regel zou de bank voor onaanvaardbare risico’s van misbruik plaatsen", aldus het klachteninstituut.

Dat noem ik het OMKEREN van de bewijslast, en onmogelijk te doen voor het slachtoffer (die is geen expert). Kifid is een slager die diens eigen vlees keurt, een ordinaire maffiabende.

Het klachteninstituut voegt toe dat de klant onvoldoende zorgvuldig is geweest in het geheimhouden van zijn beveiligingscodes en daardoor grof nalatig heeft gehandeld. MONITORING
