After about three years, I've replaced my trusty mobile phone. It's gradually accumulated a few issues, but worst of all was that its camera lost its ability to focus over the last month.

Hopefully it's not from motorcycle vibration. I've always used a vibration-dampening phone mount, but maybe that's not enough to fully protect against the vibes? Especially considering the Harley vibrates a LOT more than my previous bikes.

Let's see how long the new phone lasts...

Took the padded liner out of my #motorcycle suit. Probably going to regret it.

But the weather seems to have changed. Mornings are not so cold anymore and it even is a bit wettish again after something like 44 dry days.

Afternoons were already very warm and I have been out in my kevlar jeans and vented jacket quite a few times, but the chilly morning commute still required the winter lining.

It is 37° (f) in Milwaukee right now and I don't think that it's getting back over 50°, this month. I suspect that I am going to have a pretty cold ride from #motorcycle winter storage back to my house. I'm debating asking to get my bike out next week Friday.

I'm seeing the anti-inclusive efforts & language of this current Presidential administration show up everywhere - like just now on an announcement regarding an effort to get more women into the ADV #motorcycle riding world ("This is divisive! Nonsense! There's no reason for this separation!").

The problem with riding my #motorcycle to work is that my bike is parked in front of the office and every time I look out the window, I see it sitting there.

Sitting there in the sun, calling out to me: Come on, let's ride! Let's ride to the Pyrenees and beyond. We've gotta go see the world!
