looking for some #Logseq alternatives. am a (mostly) happy Logseq user, but there are a few friction points and i’d be willing to consider something new.

looking for something that is…

• block based (goes for editing, tagging, embedding, transcluding, etc)
• a not awful mobile experience (i don't do a ton of entry on mobile, but i do like to reference things from time to time)
• offline capable (i can deal if something is cloud based if it's e2ee and available offline, online-only tools are a non-starter)
• no AI crap (or at least be easy to turn off, and not a core/integral part of the thing)

stuff i've tried: Obsidian, Anytype (though this was a while ago, admittedly), Craft, Notion, DEVONthink

boosts appreciated!

Are there opensource alternatives to #logseq? Their electron app is quite old, they seem to go down a half closed source model...

ok #logseq is turning into an obsession this very moment just spent hours transferring all the chaotic nonsense from my #obsidian vault (work, not personal) into my work related logseq graph.

suddenly it is so much easier to be on top of things. can't believe it. I have the same vibes that I had when I discovered i3 and noticed how using a computer feels when you are not fighting it all the time.
looking forward to observe how this goes the coming days when I just use the journal and connect things from there definitely want this in my personal life too.

so my to do list for the near future:
1. migrate personal obsidian vault
2. create logseq memes
3. start a war between logseq users and obsidian users

OK so #logseq is definitely not for kids. This guy wears a helmet when setting up the to-do list

Everyone is choosing between #obsidian and #logseq and then there is this big brain guy on youtube who just uses both and enhances his logseq experience by leveraging obsidian plugins LMAO
