Latest art that I've been working on. It's for the very soft novel I just finished. I've got like four or five layers of things to add to it but so far I like it. I'm especially proud of those clouds. :D

Also got signed back up with a newsletter company so yikes, gotta get back at that again. It's been... many too many months (years?) since I sent a newsletter.

And do promo, and write and blah. Back to work for me.

J’essaye de partager des choses ici, de découvrir surtout, depuis quelques semaines. Au début c’était excitant, un peu rigolo, intéressant, et reposant.. mais pfff.. les copains manquent vraiment ! Et 95% des comptes qui m’intéressent aussi. Pour l’instant en tout cas.
Bref, si migration insta sur le fediverse il y a, je la trouve très très lente 😑🥱

Here's an #InProgress shot from when I was working on the #artefacts:

The finds had been looked at by experts at Amgueddfa Cymru but they were still quite grubby, so my job was to clean and stabilise.

Here you can see my fav #tools for cleaning #archaeological finds: #porcupine #quills and brushes!

Fragile areas were consolidated, active corrosion inhibited, and some of the finds were coated if they looked like they'd cause trouble later.
