@neil it’s a *yes, and* situation. Orgs helping with basic life support need our money - please give until it feels good. And #Wikipedia has become the Commons, the world’s #Fedi style public reference library that is mostly run by people for the love of it and is built to resist enshittification pressures.
What it cannot resist without more resources is an army of trolls bent on burning any source of inconvenient truth to the ground. So #give to them, too, please.
