New Manga Read - Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Volume 10

Almost the entire volume is comprised of the memories of Macht of the Golden Land.

This flashback is SO well done. Incredible to fully understand Macht's backstory and how it overlapped with the region, with Denken, and with Frieren.

Flashing back to the present in the story and Macht with a friend from the past become a problem.

But that ending.

Such a well crafted volume, as always. Now I need to request the next volumes from my library!

New Read - Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, Volume 9

So good.

No, seriously, each volume is just so good.

Volume 9 brings back Denken into the plot. We meet near the Golden Land as Denken is trying to get Frieren's help to defeat the demon that has kept it gold. And the plot here, so well done. A lot of good flashbacks and the reveal of the demon's personal connection to Denken.

So good.

Can't wait to read the next volume.

Me ha gustado, pero no he podido con el ritmo de la serie. Es un ritmo medio-bajo que no tiene muchos cambios interesantes... Y se vuelve un poco "monótono" al no tener cambio de ritmos.

Hay un par de episodios emocionantes mientras pelean con los demonios y después vuelven a meter primera y se van a un ritmo pasivo y monótono.

Animación increíble, detalles increíbles. Desarrollo de personajes interesante.... Pero, la historia... Meh

PD: Toda la vida me han costado mucho las historias lentas y pasivas

Got a bit addicted and am binge watching "#Frieren - Beyond Journey's End" instead of doing house work chores - well, least I achieved some progress with the #Totoro while at it. I'm considering redoing the belly or at least fill some of the holes though.

Sometimes Anime really depresses me with it's German name selection. I just started Frieren which means frozen. About the frozen hearted Elf. The paladin is named Himmel?! literally translates to heaven. And the Warrior Dwarf is named Eisen? Seriously?! That means iron. It's like in League of Galactic Heroes where they named the Pretty Boy Schönkopf. Literally pretty head. Thoughts aside. It is so far great. Reminds me of the slower paced animes I grew up on.
