This is my daughter (Ystrela) who just spent a week in the hospital for pneumonia.
In the background is our house (made mostly of bamboo except for the bottom 1 meter / 3 feet).
A volcano (Kanlaon) just erupted about 20km from our home, expelling sulfur and ash that is falling in our area.
I'm about $150 short of being able to evacuate our family from the area for a couple of nights.

Extrait de la prochaine émission de "Le Monde de Jamy" qui sera disponible lundi. Il s'est rendu à Grindavik (très probablement après l'éruption d'août) et est accompagné par une volcanologue. Et il a eu accès à des zones en principe interdites : le gros cratère de l'éruption de mars-mai 2024, je suis pas certain qu'on puisse s'y balader pépouze. Ou alors il faudra que j'y fasse un tour !

Quand la lave du jour s'apprête à rejoindre celle du 14 janvier 2024 (la petite faille en bas à gauche et qui a cramé 3 maisons). Au fond au milieu, une serre.
En direct de Keflavik. La météo est vraiment pas top : nuageux et beaucoup de vent, ce qui fait que le panache de fumée n'a rien d'impressionnant.
Surprenamment, la première fissure ne s'agrandit plus depuis presque deux heures. Elle fait 700 m de long. On est donc loin des 3-5 km des précédentes. La seconde faille continue sur sa lancée, le tout à moins de 500m du quartier nord-est de Grindavik.
Les autorités envisagent le pire : une autre faille qui s'ouvre en pleine ville...
