People don't get it yet.

In 2024, #Vance blamed #Biden for the high price of eggs. T**** took over, the price of #eggs exploded and people stopped buying eggs, causing the price to plummet.

Now, #DonTheCon's telling everyone he "cut the price of eggs 92%" (ie: still 8% higher than where he started.)

He's doing the same with the #StockMarket. He's crashing the DOW, reversing course like The Titanic spotting an iceberg, and stocks will recover just short of where they started.

For the children, we gave away Easter eggs in the #museum today. But we had to mark two coloured goose eggs which were only for decoration: 'not suitable for consumption'.
None of the staff could remember *when* our Rosalie had laid the egg. ‘At least a month ago!’ - No, it must have been muuuuch longer!' 😁

No problem, the chicken eggs and chocolate were fresh!

I guess some people are celebrating Egg Day today or something?

I took this picture back in April of 2009. American robins (𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘥𝘶𝘴 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘴) had built a nest at the motel where I worked, in a bush right outside the number one linen room, the second highest traffic location on the property (after the office).

Here is the result of this year's egg dyeing. The ones in the carton were boiled in onion skins (with stockings to hold them on). The 5 purple eggs were boiled in red grape juice and left for a week. I had to wipe off a lot of sediment. The rest were hard boiled and then put in dye for a week.The 6 dark blue eggs are red cabbage (one of which was in a stocking with onion skins for a stained-glass window effect). 2 yellow turmeric and 3 brownish-orange cayenne.

Dyed eggs in a carton and one a cooling rack. They are a mix of colors and some have lines on them left by electrical tape or rubber bands that have since been removed. Yellow and red onion skins resulted in mottled yellow brown and reddish brown colors. Turmeric produced bright light yellow. Red cabbage made dark teal blue. Red grape juice made a dull purple. Cayenne made a disappointing brown-orange that is almost what a brown egg would've looked like undyed.
