I check random aircraft from time to time on Flightradar. I'm one of those #ADHD kids who wrote down passing car regos. I think the only thing that saved me from becoming a train watcher is the ascent of home computing...
Anyway, back to the story.
This helo had not had ADS-B transponder active...
...I understand that this may be switched off. But it should happen rarely. The only other time I have seen it off, when our Government was flying out refugees to our island concentration camp.
Anyhoo, the thing that MIGHT have indicated to me it's one of those "#drones" seen around the world (ie: UAPs using mimicry) is the fact when I mentioned it to my mates around the campfire, all of them without exception said "What helicopter"?
Some folks see them, some don't.
But I am a rational person.
It's too little evidence for me to ascribe it to something extraordinary...
