Yannick Rochat<p>The conference is going great (day 3 out of 5) and I&#39;ll probably share a feedback at the end of the week.</p><p>Meanwhile, I would like to mention the rich historical significance of the venue for this <a href="https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/DiGRA2023" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>DiGRA2023</span></a> conference. We find ourselves situated on the grounds where a world fair took place in <a href="https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/Sevilla" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Sevilla</span></a> back in 1992, and we are surrounded by echoes of this remarkable event, which occurred 31 years ago. Certain structures have been repurposed by the university or businesses, while others have been left abandoned or demolished.</p><p>Here are the <a href="https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/CableCar" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>CableCar</span></a> and the <a href="https://mathstodon.xyz/tags/Monorail" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Monorail</span></a> 😍 (both have disappeared today)</p>
